Have you always wanted to learn how to sew but didn't know where to start? This friendly, hands-on introductory course is designed for 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 with little or no previous sewing experience. If you've never touched a machine, you're in exactly the right place — no one here is "the clueless one." Across 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, you'll learn the essential skills to begin your sewing journey: • How to set up and use a sewing machine • How to thread the machine and wind a bobbin • Understanding basic sewing tools and supplies • How to cut fabric accurately • How to use different presser feet • How to insert a regular zipper You'll practise each technique as you learn and take home a useful, basic 𝘇𝗶𝗽 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 you've made yourself. By the end, you'll feel more confident on a machine, understand the fundamentals of sewing, and know whether you'd like to continue sewing as a hobby or develop your skills further.
