Service Description

Would you like to learn how to draw basic garment patterns? This course is designed for those who would like to learn how to create basic block patterns. We will cover: 𝘁𝗼𝗽, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗿𝘁 and 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘃𝗲. This course focuses on pattern drawing. Participants will learn how to take measurements, draw basic blocks, and practise dart manipulation techniques using a 1:4 scale table mannequin. We will cover: • Taking basic body measurements • Drawing a basic top block • Drawing a basic skirt block • Drawing a basic sleeve block • Basic pattern manipulation techniques • The fundamentals of dart manipulation 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱.
